Frost Co. in Biddeford| Maine| possibly interpreted later by famed Massachusetts rug teacher Pearl McGown. Finely crafted with velvet like surface| blue strie color variations in the ground| rose and warm tones in the patterning. Whoever hooked it learned her skills well
