Handsome colors dominated by navy blue and white wools (photo is washed out-colors in actual quilt are rich and deep, original condition, not faded). Pieced 4" squares in the 'crazy' pattern of random shapes alternate with solid navy and black squares. Wool piecing on a cotton foundation gives the top enough body to complete as a quilt or to display as is.
