A rustically fashioned but artfully designed variation of the Sunbonnet Sue figure. She holds a wind blown umbrella and appears to be concerned to protect her dog with it. Unusual format and palette make for a more folk art interpretation of the classic figure. Rustically quilted also, but completely charming nonetheless.
