| Rarely seen star pattern variation called Aunt Elizas Star. Pieced as concentric eight-point stars using red, cheddar, khaki and white in narrow strips, not the diamond shapes used in eight point star arms of the Star of Bethlehem, perhaps the most familiar pattern.. At the center is a much smaller starburst pieced of diamonds, a shape that is repeated in the white segments between the star arms. Fresh clear graphic, akin to the starbursts of contemporary artist Sol LeWitt from the late 20th c.
