Very narrow braids (just about 1/2") with many colors, but it reads as mostly blues. Charcoal braids of the same narrow width alternate with the colors to create this fine stripe-y oval. I always seek out unusual versions of traditional handicrafts and this alternation of color with solid with tiny braids is a good find. Modern looking yet classi,| this one does not need a country interior; it can look snappy in any setting.
