| Tour de force "sampler" of needlepoint squares detailed with many different flowers and geometric motifs. Supple enough for a bed or to use as a throw, this was probably originally a small carpet. Colors are vibrant as when made in the mid to late 19th century. Backed with a 19th c. Indian print cotton that is beginning to come part, but absolutely usable still. In excellent condition, has minor spotting that will likely clean out.
