This unusual quilt is pieced of the wool jersey material used in turn-of-the-century bathing costumes! It makes a high contrast graphic design combining red-orange and electric blue. There is a double border of the same materials. Red wool yarn "tacks"| rather than quilting| anchor the layers together. This quilt was published in the Quilt Engagement Calendar (Dutton)
