A glorious shade of pink that is THE color announced by Pantone for this year. With its superlative quilting this is a quilt to have. Almost three-dimensional quilting with dots and curvalinear patterns that surroundS the pieced stars looks like earlier era trapunto stuffed work. This quilt may be English or Welsh judging by the intense quilting patterns. The border is actually several inches wider all around the four sides (was somehow cropped in the photo)
