Lovely symmetrical format with carefully arranged pieced and embellished squares that frame a center medallion embroidered with spring flowers. Pieced FANS blocks and other geometrics are used along with classic 'crazy' random blocks. Termed a 'contained' crazy because the random pieces are first organized into square blocks and then joined to create the framework around the brilliant persian blue center square. Framed with a quilted black silk border. Superb condition
